Choreography Class
All ages. 90-minute minimum class working on choreography/phrase work. The dancers will have the option to perform in groups and/or solos. Filming optional.
Tech & Strength
All Ages. 60-minute or 90-minute class working on flexibility and strengthening exercises. Starts with a warm up of targeted flexibility and strength exercises, followed by centre technique and across the floor technique combinations. Levels range from Beginner to Advanced.
Contemporary Floorwork
All Ages. This class is designed to build strength, fluidity, and spatial awareness through a dynamic blend of warm-up, floorwork, and traveling sequences. Perfect for dancers and movers of all levels, the session focuses on developing grounded movement, body connectivity, and expressive freedom. Transitioning to the floor, we explore grounded sequences and conditioning drills that focus on rolling, spirals, weight shifts, and transitions. In the center, we build short movement phrases that challenge coordination, strength, and flow—emphasizing movement efficiency and body awareness.
Partnering
You will learn how to properly support each other when sharing weight and lifting off the floor. The class includes a guided, improvised warm-up with your partner and provides a safe space for dancers to explore weight-sharing techniques. Advanced dancers will have the opportunity to work on more complex partnering sequences.

Privates
I offer one-on-one or small group private sessions tailored to your needs—whether you're looking to focus on choreography, cleaning, technique, or other areas of improvement.
